Cardio all done. Time to go home and sleep. I never regret going to the gym. Even if its a midnight workout =)

For the past 3 months I’ve been slacking on my water intake and I didn’t realize until a week ago how different and icky you feel when your not drinking enough water daily.
I’ve been using this handy app on my phone to help keep track of my water intake and it has really helped as well.
It’s funny how when I begun tumblr, a yr ago- I used to get very annoyed when I would see posts about the importance of water. I would think to myself- omg we get it already! But no, I didn’t.
Now I truly do.

So it’s midnight and I’m on my way to the gym.
I made SO many excuses throughout the entire day and as I was laying in bed- ready to go to sleep, I realized that if I start with all the bs excuses in January, I will continue it throughout the course of the year.
So yea… While most ppl are out partying or getting ready to sleep, I’m driving to the gym.
Gosh, I’m so proud of myself! It may sound stupid but in all honesty- it takes a lot for me to get out of bed.

So I’ve been dealing with this bad headache all day and 2 hrs ago it turned into a migraine… I’m trying to motivate myself to go to the gym but in all honesty I don’t think tonight will be a good idea. I’m afraid pushing myself will only make this migraine worse. What to do…. Ugh=\
Hello Tumblrs! Happy New Year to each and everyone of you!
So I’m back, after a few months of taking a break from tumblr, many of you have sent me messages asking if I wasn’t eating clean or going to the gym anymore. I am happy to report that I haven’t stopped working out at the gym. I have however, taken the month of December off and basically ate healthy but with lots of holiday treats, if that makes sense.
I have been very busy with work and school but I have decided that while I blogged on tumblr when I begun my weightloss journey, my tumblr helped me a lot and I want to get back on track.
To be honest I have not weighed myself yet, but I know that I really haven’t put on any weight because while I did enjoy many holiday treats, I maintained strong with the gym workouts.
I hope everyone is doing great, if you are NEW to my blog, welcome.
I will take a few days to catch up on all the blogs I follow, I am excited to see your progress and to just catch up on what everyone has been up to recently.
There will be many changes in the coming days with my blog, stay tuned.

Yup, my days are very busy BUT I still manage to get my workouts in!!
So after 3 months… I’m back at my old gym!!
It feels good to be back. I hated the tiny hotel gym I had been going to while I was away for work purposes.
Having my first session with Kevin(my trainer) I bet he will kick my ass lol
