Breakfast 7/6/12:
-3 whites, 1 yellow scrambled egg with veggies.
-green grapes
-peach slices
-1 whole wheat toast
-organic skim milk
-1 banana sliced up
-multigrain Cheerios
So here is a 2 month difference. I need to work harder. But I’m happy. I feel lighter,healthier, stronger,faster, and see a difference.
This is what happens when you:
-Eat clean
-Have 1 or 2 cheat meals a week
-Exercise 6 days a week and have 1 rest day
-cook basically all of your meals(unless I eat out or go over my parents house)
-drink 1 1/2 gallons of water
-have good & bad days(because I’m human) but keep moving forward =)
Today is one of those days that I came all pumped to get my workout on and I’m leaving super done and achy everywhere. I think I over did it yesterday at the pool. Not to mention my entire back got tanned and it hurts. Oh well … I still killed it today =)
Breakfast 7/5/12:
-Ezekiel bread toasted
-1 banana sliced
-3 strawberries
-3 egg whites(will having the yellows later today with dinner)w/onion,tomato,and red pepper
Delish!
Lunch 7/3/12:
-grilled chicken breast w/veggies on top
-salad(romaine lettuce,tomato,cucumber, mushrooms & a dash of extra virgin olive oil)
-oven baked sweet potato wedges
**very delicious**

-mango slices
-multi grab cheerios w/organic skim milk & banana slices
-2 organic scrambled eggs w/tomato,green&red pepper,onion
-1 pita bread toasted(it broke so I broke it into four parts)
