Soooo happy Seahawks are out!
For the past 3 months I’ve been slacking on my water intake and I didn’t realize until a week ago how different and icky you feel when your not drinking enough water daily.
I’ve been using this handy app on my phone to help keep track of my water intake and it has really helped as well.
It’s funny how when I begun tumblr, a yr ago- I used to get very annoyed when I would see posts about the importance of water. I would think to myself- omg we get it already! But no, I didn’t.
Now I truly do.
Thank you to everyone who continuously posts about daily water intake!
So it’s midnight and I’m on my way to the gym.
I made SO many excuses throughout the entire day and as I was laying in bed- ready to go to sleep, I realized that if I start with all the bs excuses in January, I will continue it throughout the course of the year.
So yea… While most ppl are out partying or getting ready to sleep, I’m driving to the gym.
Gosh, I’m so proud of myself! It may sound stupid but in all honesty- it takes a lot for me to get out of bed.
