So overall today was a successful day. I ran my 6 miles, and while on my run made some smart decisions.
I’m looking forward to this week because I have 3 new healthy & clean recipes that I will be attempting to make.
Something that I learned this week:
Always look forward never look back. I’m looking forward to a new & healthy me. So far I love all the new changes.
